I transitioned an accidental 20-year Fortune 50 recruiting career into an intentional Forbes-featured brand strategy practice by identifying a need. I used my recruiting skills to turn friends into clients. Together, we created successful music careers, playing and producing alongside Beyoncé, Janet Jackson, and Justin Timberlake. At the same time, I recognized missed opportunities to promote their individual brands. I leveraged areas where equitable partnerships were as valuable as monetary compensation. Next, I used my recruiting negotiation expertise to secure endorsements, broker touring contracts, and redefine the role of the gigging musician.

I continue to execute HR and recruiting projects for clients like Peloton, Accenture, and Louis Vuitton. I also provided payroll support to the New Georgia Project, founded by Stacey Abrams, for the 2021 Georgia senate runoff election.

Today, I create multi-year brand strategies for individuals and organizations. I offer best-in-class service by not only developing the plans but also finding the talent to execute them.
